I have always enjoyed curling, straightening, and blow drying my hair. I know it sounds weird as most women look at this as a necessary evil. Even though I enjoy this task, it isn't always without it's pitfalls. Use the wrong styling tool and your Do can become a Don't!! I have used many tools on my hair over the years ( too many to keep track of) and the outcome has sometimes been less than desirable.
Some curling irons and dryers can do more damage to your hair than than create a great hairstyle. I have used irons that have scorched my hair and dryers that have left my hair full of static. But those days are over thanks to Infrashine products . I was absolutely thrilled to try the Infrashine ceramic spring 1" curling iron.
This amazing styling tool is so easy to use, light and leaves my hair with a beautiful shine that I did not know was possible from a styling tool. The product has an amazing amount of heat settings that are great for any type of hair or any length. My hair slid easily off the barrel and instantly I could see the difference in the curl. My hair actually looked healthy instead of a stiff clump of curl on top of my head.
Once I had all of the curls in place, the rest of my styling routine was so much easier. I could comb or brush through my hair easier and not one snarl or tangle was left behind. My hair felt touchable soft instead of crunchy like many curling irons will do. And even though my hair felt soft, it held the curl and stayed picture perfect all day. The shine to my hair was such an added surprise as I dye my hair often and have not seen my hair this shiny in years.
All of Infrashine's Products are professional grade, high performance, styling tools and they offer irons, straighteners and dryers. You can find Infrashine on Facebook and Twitter . My favorite bad hair day happened to my Hubz when he wore his hair long. We lived in very dry Denver, CO then visited my son in Galveston, TX--huge change in humidity and altitude. As we were walking along the Seawall, Hubz hair suddenly frizzed big time...and popped the band holding his pony tail! We freaked :) He had "Big Hair" for the rest of the day.

ReplyDeletePretty much every day is a bad hair day for me! Living in south Texas with the horrible heat and humidity,it always seems to look horrible. And now with no air conditioner in my car, I end up with the windblown drenched in sweat look.:P
ReplyDeleteI put olive oil in my hair once and was a greasy mess for days until it all finally washed out! My hair was shiny, but I don't think I'll be doing that again lol!
ReplyDeleteA used coconut oil in my hair as a deep conditioner, but I forgot to wash it out and my hair looked extremely oily.
ReplyDeleteToday! I have 5 week twins (plus 2 older) and didn't have time to wash my already very dirty hair. Tried to just rinse and scrunch curl it with mousse. I had flat, crunchy, dirty hair all day :(
ReplyDeleteEveryday for me in this humidity is a bad hair day- my hair frizzes and snarls.

I'm sorry, but I used to sport 80s bangs, and then it was triangle-head...I didn't have good hair until college!
ReplyDeleteMy worst hair day was one Christmas when I was a kid, I decided to completely crimp all of my hair. Remember crimpers? It was huge!
