Do you recycle? How do you usually collect and store your recyclables? I honestly have to say I collect them, in a very not-so-organized way. Some are on the counter, some are in the laundry room in plastic bags and often, some get tossed, by guests that don't know I recycle.
If you recycle and don't have a designated are for your collection, you are going to love this new product from Rubbermaid!
When I was given the opportunity to review Rubbermaid's new Hidden Recycler, I took it...no questions asked. I knew right away this product would be the end of my messy, unorganized way of collecting recyclables. We do not have a free recycling corporation in my area, so I drop my recyclables off, weekly, at my daughter's school. Thank goodness, they recycle and support recycling...it helps my budget.
Hidden Recycler features:
- easy attachment to a cabinet door
- a convenient handle allowing you to transport it where ever your recycling is stored for pickup
- a 5 gallon bag that holds up to 36 12oz cans and can also fit milk jugs
- has a leak proof liner
- machine washable
- made from recycled materials (love this feature!)
I have been using my Hidden Recycler for almost a month now and I am rather impressed with the quality and performance. It takes us about a week to fill it to it's max, which is perfect because I drop off my recyclables once a week. I take the hidden recycler directly to my daughter's school and pour the contents into their storage bin. It has helped clear the clutter from my counter tops and laundry room! It really is a helpful product in my house. A must have for anyone who recycles!
