Decorative Ceiling Tiles *Review*

Decorative Ceiling Tiles...now that's something you don't hear everyday. I hadn't even heard of these until I recently had the opportunity to review two of them for myself.

I was sent two ceiling tiles to review. One Faux Tin Ceiling Tile and one Styrofoam Ceiling Tile. They arrived in a big box and were in great condition, not damaged. I admit, my home decor is a bit plain and I really needed a change...especially in the hallway.
I took down a tiny palm tree picture that I had up and put this large, decorative tile. I must say...a major improvement! What do you think?

I had no idea what do do with the styrofoam tile because it didn't really match, so I decided to let my kids use their creativity to make something for their room. Lookin' Good :)
These are great for crafts and are inexpensive. This bought me some time to myself and I was finally able to wrap some Christmas gifts!

At Decorative Ceiling Tiles, you will find Styrofoam, Faux Tin and Metal ceiling tiles. Here is a bit of info, from the site, that tells you a little more about each kind.

Styrofoam Ceiling Tiles - Glue Up

This is our most economical line of ceiling tiles.  These 3 dimensional tiles are excellent solution for covering most unsightly ceilings. Their ability to cover popcorn and other textures or patched up ceilings plus the fact that they are easy to work with, makes them a popular product.  These tiles can be painted with any water-based paint.  The size is 20x20 (2.7 sqft).  Currently we have over 50 beautiful designs ready to be shipped out.

Faux Tin Ceiling Tiles - Drop Ceiling Tiles & Glue up Ceiling Tiles

Mostly used in commercial or residential projects where the expensive 3 dimensional metal look is desired but the budget for real metal is not there. These tiles can be glued to most flat surfaces, such us drywall, plywood or plaster.  Models for suspended ceiling systems also known as the grid systems are also available.  Most of these tiles are class "A" fire rated in the USA.  Tiles are made from recyclable PVC.

Metal Ceiling Tiles - Nail up or Drop in

Our real metal ceiling products consist of ceiling tiles, fillers, cornices, nails, grid sleeves etc.  We even make custom designs or replicate your tiles.  Except our backsplashes we make all of our products in 3 different metals.  Here is a little information about the different metal ceiling tiles.

To Purchase

You can purchase these neat ceiling tiles at http://www.decorativeceilingtiles.net/ for very reasonable prices. The styromfoam tiles average at about $3.99(each), the faux tin tiles average at about $9.99(each) and the metal tiles start at $9.99(each)

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
